Smart EM
Smart EM is a software platform for electron microscopy workflows, focusing on low-dose imaging and image processing. It currently includes three tools: Microscopy workflow support, Zone-axis alignment, and Drift correction of low-dose STEM image series.
The platform is intended for academic, non-commercial use. Research using the software should include proper citation or acknowledgment. The development team is based at Chongqing University, China.
SmartAxis
A zone-axis alignment tool for nanocrystals and beam-sensitive materials.
Enables rapid and accurate TEM alignment by linking beam tilt with stage tilt.
Enhanced Bragg Filter
A GMS plugin for drift correction of low-dose STEM image series.
Improves image alignment and reconstruction by enhancing lattice information in Fourier space.
Mountains
A Fiji plugin for 4D-STEM data processing.
Supports virtual image generation, ROI extraction, FFT analysis, and batch operations.
