Mountains

A Fiji plugin for 4D-STEM data processing.

Mountains is a Fiji-based plugin developed for 4D-STEM data processing. It integrates commonly used functions such as virtual image generation, ROI extraction, FFT analysis, parameter handling, and batch operations to support more efficient microscopy workflows.

Why Mountains

4D-STEM experiments often involve repeated processing steps and large datasets. Mountains helps simplify these routine tasks, reduce manual operations, and improve workflow efficiency in daily experimental work.

Availability

Mountains is available as a plugin for Fiji and should be installed in the local Fiji application directory. It is intended for academic and non-commercial use.
