SmartAxis

The SmartAxis software is specifically developed to facilitate rapid and precise alignment of zone axes in crystalline materials, catering to the micro-to nanoscale range. This software seamlessly integrates with the TEM hardware, offering online control and optimization capabilities essential for efficient and accurate zone axis alignment. It is compatible with a range of Thermo Fisher Scientific TEM instruments, including the Spectra 300 (S), Talos F200S, and the F20, among others.
